We are seeking a Benefits Manager to be an integral part of a highly responsive, customer-focused Human Resources team. This position provides benefits management, administration and support for over 750 employees in Maryland, Nevada and Texas.


* Manage and implement benefits plans including the administration and maintenance of health, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability, life and worker's compensation plans

* Develop wellness programs and preventive initiatives

* Manage and administer 401(k) plan and enrollment meetings

* Provide confidential, sensitive and timely support and service to our internal team members on all benefits matters

* Communicate plan changes and open enrollment to employees

* Ensure company compliance with all government laws and regulations to include ERISA, HIPAA/COBRA, IRS, etc.

* Perform benefits cost analysis, benchmarking and program activities

* Develop benefits strategy with an emphasis on retaining and attracting great talent as well as cost containment costs.

* Compile benefits reports and data on a regular, timely basis


* Computer savvy and proficient in MS Office Suite

* Works well independently but is a team player

* Excellent time management skills

* Thorough & working knowledge of benefit laws & regulations

* Customer focused, highly responsive, results oriented, organized & thrives in a fast-paced company

* Bachelor's degree

* Minimum 4 years of experience in a benefits role

* Knowledge of ADP Human Resources and Benefits program

* Knowledge of 401(k) administration
